2 Tbl. Contreau, Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur
1 Tbl. Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 Cup Champagne or other Sparkling Wine
Place tea bag in medium metal bowl. Pour 1/3 cup boiling water over. Let stand three minutes. Discard tea bag. Mix in orange juice, simple syrup, corn syrup, Cointreau, lemon juice and then Champagne. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled. Transfer mixture to ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer`s instructions. Freeze in covered container. (Can be prepared 3 days ahead). Makes about 3 1/2 Cups.
